Senior Project Director – Large-Scale Tracking Program – Automotive Team and Retail Team

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning, coordinating, monitoring, and executing project activity to meet project goals within the prescribed time and funding parameter
  • Designing, editing and verifying questionnaires, reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Monitoring custom tracking and ad hoc market research studies
  • Maintaining communications with both internal and external clients
  • Designing sampling and analytical plans, for review by senior staff
  • Attend project and client meetings as necessary
  • Maintaining accurate project records
  • Monitoring project costs
  • Conducting detailed analysis and report preparations
  • Working on and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Understanding industry issues in order to show expertise in automotive or retail arena
  • Some overtime may be required

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree required
  • 5 - 7 years of primary market research experience
  • Excellent client/interpersonal skills
  • Understand functions and applications of statistical software such SAS and/or SPSS, required
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills (written and oral)
  • Excellent organizational skills/ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Able to work in a team environment

  • Ability to work in a team environment, manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with various analytical techniques and analytical and report writing abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and math aptitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communcation skills
  • Staff and client management experience a must
  • Automotive, Financial Services or Technology industry experience needed
  • International sales, a plus
  • Bilingual - Chinese, a plus
