Timothy Taylor, Vice President
Tim has been successfully serving clients in the financial services industry for nearly 25 years.  He has extensive experience in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, and is an accomplished moderator having conducted more than 1,000 focus groups. 

 Tim has also completed innovative product development, brand, and customer experience work for some of the nation’s largest banks, insurers, investment firms and finance companies.  His experience is particularly deep in the payment cards area -- having worked on nearly 250 credit card research programs – several of which have been large-scale tracking programs for major issuers.

Lorie Dietz, Vice President
Lorie has over 20 years of experience working with the executives of some of the largest U.S. banks to better understand their customers’ expectations and attitudes leading to higher impact business strategies, product designs, and marketing programs. She previously managed the market research and customer information functions for NBD Bank (a precursor bank of JPMorgan Chase). Lorie was a leader in the development of delivery systems strategy based on advanced data modeling techniques.

As a Regional Manager, Lorie was responsible for sales, service and financial performance in a branch network with over $1 billion in deposits and $500 million in loans. And she was successful in launching innovative branch service approaches and pioneering cross-sell prompting platform software.

Lorie’s hands-on experience at two internet start-up businesses gives her valuable insight into on-line product design and business models.
