In an effort to measure ourselves as a company and further improve client service, Morpace conducts a Customer Satisfaction Study with its clients each year with results reported quarterly.  The most recent results are in and we're happy to report that our clients continue to rate us particularly high in Quality, Service and Expertise.  In fact, some of our results were the best we've ever had!

Our survey defines Quality as accurate, error-free deliverables, on-time delivery and performing to stated requirements. Service is defined as flexibility in meeting client needs, responding to requests and keeping clients informed. Expertise is defined as understanding of business issues, analysis and comprehensive reporting.
