To become ISO 9001:2008 certified, Morpace participated in an extensive third-party, independent audit of all client-related processes. To maintain the certification, the processes are audited every six months to ensure the system continues to operate at this high level of quality and improves based on monitoring, measuring and client feedback. Because a third-party registrar audits our quality management system, clients are assured of our ability to continue to meet and exceed their requirements.
